Cancellation & Refund Policy

At Vaishnavi Solar Solutions Private Limited, we strive to ensure total customer satisfaction with our solar design and installation services. This Cancellation & Refund Policy outlines the terms governing order cancellations, project terminations, and refunds.

1. Order Cancellation Terms (Prior to Installation)

Clients may cancel their installation request by notifying us in writing at admin@vaishnavisolarsolutions.in. Refund calculations depend on the stage of project execution:

Cancellation within 48 Hours of Advance Payment: Full refund of the advance booking amount (minus 2–3% non-refundable payment gateway processing fees).
Cancellation After Site Survey & Technical Feasibility: If a physical site survey has been conducted and custom engineering designs prepared, a nominal survey fee of ₹1,000–₹2,000 will be deducted from the advance.
Cancellation After Material Procurement: If solar panels, inverters, or structures have already been ordered or delivered to the site, actual material handling/logistics costs and vendor restocking fees will be deducted from the refund.

2. Post-Installation Policy

Once On-Site Installation Has Commenced: No project cancellations or full refunds are permitted after physical mounting and electrical wiring work have started on the customer’s rooftop.
Equipment Warranty Claims: Solar panels, grid-tied inverters, and generation components are covered under respective manufacturer warranties (e.g., 25-year panel performance warranty, 5–10 year inverter warranty). Defective or non-performing components post-commissioning will be repaired or replaced under warranty rules rather than cash refunds.

3. Government Subsidies & Approvals

Statutory fees paid to utility boards (TANGEDCO net-metering fees) or registration portals are non-refundable once submitted to state authorities.
Government subsidy disbursements under schemes like PM Surya Ghar are credited directly to the customer’s bank account by government DISCOMs. Vaishnavi Solar Solutions is not liable for government-side portal delays or applicant eligibility disqualifications.

4. Refund Processing Timelines

Approved refund requests are processed within 5 to 7 business days from the date of formal approval.
Refunds are credited strictly through the original payment method (Bank Transfer / UPI / Card). Cash refunds are not issued.
